1-Defective Products Must Be Reported To Our Customer Care Department Within 48 Hours Of Receiving The Delivery.

2-All Electrical Goods Have A Warranty Of 1 Month From The Date Of Receipt By The Customer.

3-During The Warranty Period, The Product Will Be Repaired.

3-Under Certain Circumstances, If The Product Cannot Be Repaired, It Will Be Replaced Depending On Stock Availability At That Point In Time.

4-The Warranty Is Void If The Product Is Tampered With Or Repair Is Attempted By The Customer Prior To Receipt At HerbalCenter.Pk Warehouse.

5-The Warranty Is Void If The Product Is Not Used Following Specific Guidelines As Per The Manual/Instruction Booklet.

6-Repair Requests Are Not Entertained After The Expiration Of The Warranty.

7- HerbalCenter.Pk Does Not Supply Any Extra Attachments.

8-Apart From The One Supplied In The Original Product.

9-No Loose Spare Parts Will Be Supplied By HerbalCenter.Pk During The Warranty Period.

10-HerbalCenter.Pk Is Not Responsible For The Replacement Of The Product If It Is Mishandled Due To Negligence At The Customer's End Or If Damaged During Transit.

11-During The Warranty Period, HerbalCenter.Pk Will Not Issue A Refund If The Product Can Be Repaired Or Replaced.

12-For Warranty Repairs Or Replacements, The Customer Must Deliver The Product To The HerbalCenter.Pk Warehouse At Their Own Expense. However, Return Charges Will Be Covered By Etsymart.Pk Under These Circumstances.

(Note): In The Event Of Returning A Product To The Company For Any Reason, A Deduction Of 30% Will Be Applied To The Actual Price Mentioned On The Invoice.F
